F.A.Q.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: Will my full suit be able to be worn as a partial?

A: Yes! Although we would suggest getting an additional tail just for partial purposes. We like to attach clips to the inside of our suits so that the tail for the fullsuit clips on and has a "naturally attached" look.

Q: What kind of clothing should I wear under my fursuit head? If my head is already lined, should I still wear a balaclava?

A: Great question! Absolutely wear proper undergarments under your fursuit -- don't just go bare skinned. Accidents *do* happen, and sometimes recklessness can result in a torn or really sweaty fursuit. That said, any type of wicking material is best for fursuiting -- like Under Armour, for example. Make sure that it's made to wick heat and sweat away from the body and not meant to retain heat. Exercise brands may often carry various types of this spandex-type material.

As for balaclavas, that's your own personal preference. I wear mine as an extra precaution to hide my mouth; but it isn't necessary. Good ventilation and breathing room is more important than hiding your face.

Q: Can I get some hidden pockets sewn into the suit, such as in tails or pant legs?

A: Absolutely. It is an extra charge, however.

Q: Can you make fursuits of non-traditional species, such as birds, reptiles, cervidae, DADs, or bovines?

A: While we have made a cowdragon fursuit, we are open to trying new species such as the ones listed above. However, we may take a bit longer to make them due to our commitment to our design standards.

Q: Can I wear glasses with my suit?

A: While I do my best to compensate with glasses wearers, I highly recommend users to wear contacts during the duration of fursuiting. We do provide a small 1.5" USB fan (battery pack not included), glasses can tend to fog up during suit wearing and impair vision. Additionally, the fursuit head is rather tight on users (as I use a modified balaclava method), so it would be the best for all if contacts were worn.

Q: Speaking of fans and battery packs, do you provide the battery packs?

A: I will only if the user pays for them in advance, otherwise; no. I like to leave users choice to use their trusted brand of electronics for things such as batteries.

Q: Will my suit imbue me with special powers?

A: Funny you should ask!

PAYPAL AND PAYMENTS

Q: How do I make payments for my fursuit/art commissions?

A: Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. Due to the fact that we are a startup fursuit business, we will not accept cash, check, or cards at this time.

Q: Do you accept fursuit trades in exchange for one of your suits?

A: Most often, no. Extremely rare occasions may apply, but 98% chance of no.

Q: When are my payments due?

A: For all FURSUITS: All payments will be due on the 30th of each month (with the exception of February, which payments will be due on the 28th.)

For ART: Payments will be due at the time of commissioning. Any art piece under $200 is not eligible for payment plans.

Q: What happens if my payment will be late?

A: Please reach out to us if you will be late with a payment. We will work with your schedule as much as possible. However, if you are more than 30 days late to a payment, we will have to place your commission into hiatus until all payments have been caught up and paid.
