The Artist retains the right to terminate the order in case the Commissioner violates this terms.

-Erotica
-Straight, gay or lesbian couples
-Soft fetishes (ask if unsure)

WON'T DRAW

Please see above journal for full list.
-Extremely unnatural and complex characters and color schemes
-Underage characters in sexual situations
-Extreme fetishes (ask if unsure)
-Alternative versions of the same artwork

PREFERRED:
-Artistic freedom
-Fantasy settings (mid to high fantasy = best fantasy!)

WHAT ADDS TO THE PRICE

• Complicated outfits and props

• Wings and extra body parts

• Complex backgrounds and surface rendering

• Complicated interactions with the environment or between characters

• +25% design fee for every artwork concerning characters that need to be designed

WHAT REDUCES THE PRICE

• Artistic freedom

• Simple or abstract backgrounds

• Artist's characters (if the Commissioner wishes to add Artist's character to the scene, a major discount will be given. The Artist will only draw things that her characters would do)

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

• Payment will be made through Paypal

• Full payment will be sent upfront for all commissions under $50

• Payment plans available on a case-by-case basis, however, no payment plans will be available for work under $50.

• The refunded amount will be determined by how much work has already been completed and it’s a percentage of entire sum paid.

  • Work not started yet - 100% refund

  • Rough sketch stage - 65% refund

  • Linework & Flats stage - 35% refund

  • Painting stage - No refund.

• Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable

 

 

WORKFLOW

• The Artist doesn't accept deadlines of any kind

• The Artist doesn't necessary work in order the slots were taken, but keeps the wishes priority.

• The Artist will provide the thumbnail sketch for approval. At this stage any changes can be applied free of charge. After the sketch is approved, the Artist will only correct her own mistakes - if something doesn't fit the provided description or character reference.

• If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, the Artist reserves the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in other work.

• The Artist will provide artwork preview right before she'll start coloring the image. (the refined lines & flats stage)

• The Commissioner will receive high resolution .png file for personal use and .jpg file for web sharing. Both files will be watermarked.

RIGHTS:

• The Artist retains all of the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise as well as promote the Artist's services.

• If Client wishes to buy the full rights to commissioned piece, he is welcome to do so. Details will be discussed for that matter.

• The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non­commercial digital format as well as upload the .jpg file with credits to their own gallery / website.
